PURPOSE:To make it possible to print a sharp character, by a method wherein a brush is brought into contact with the type of a printer for rotating a type wheel having plural types at a predetermined position to press the corresponding type to paper to clean the types. CONSTITUTION:A brush 8 is provided so as to be contacted with the type 2 of the type wheel of a printer. The brush 8 is a cylindrical one having plural bristles in a radial configuration and pref. arranged so as to be driven and rotated by rotating the type wheel. This brush 8 is pref. attached to the frame body 9 of an inking means 3 freely detachable to the printer. |
