<p>Light-section and wire bar-rolling mill with a cooling bed to accept greater bar dimensions and with final staggered roll for wire bar, has the roll stand on the main rolling line arranged as a finishing stand. This stand can be brought into use through a diversion channel after the final staggered roll. Two roll stands in close proximity are arranged as finishing stands for greater bar dimensions. The size reduction between the roll stands before and after the final staggered roll is so great that, when rolling greater rod size, >=1 roll pair of the final staggered rolls is used as intermediate stand.</p> |
