PURPOSE:To pick up a phenomenon in high speed, by splitting the scanning of one screen into plural numbers and scanning them at the same time for outputting electric signals in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state image pickup element is used as a high speed camera B, the scanning of one screen is split into plural numbers, they are scanned at the sme time, and electric signals having plural sets of picture informtion resulted from the scanning are outputted in parallel. The output from the high speed camera B enters an A-D converter C and digitized and the output is given to a picuture storage device D. The stored picture signal is converted into an analog signal at a D-A converter E for observation on a monitor television F or processing at an electronic computer G. |
