An electrophotographic copier has a pair of rolls; one is a fixing roll(10) and the other a pressure roll(11). The discharging appts. for an unstripped transfer paper includes two small rolls(13,14) in contact with the pressure roll and a guide plate(17) under the three rolls(11,13,14). If a transfer paper is partially unstripped from the fixing roll and continuously fed by the pressure roll, the dropped part of the paper is folded and drawn out by the first small roll(13) and removed through the guide plate, the second small roll(14) and the fixing roll.
