摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a W material for a welding structural body which may be simply machined and welded, and hardly subjected to peeling and deformation while it is being annealed after welding by comprising the W material so that a specific quantity of thoria can uniformly be diffused and surface coarseness and tensile strength can be specified. CONSTITUTION:Thoria as a dope material specifies its particle diameter below 4mum by the workability of a W wire material and stability of a stable thermion emission material. When the quantity of compounding does not exceed 0.5wt%, thoria is poor in non-sagging property and weak in creep strength. Since the workability of the W wire material is deteriorated, when it exceeds 4.0wt%, 0.5-4.0wt% is occupied in the weight of W wire material. In addition, for the purpose of the stability of the thermion radiation characteristics, the surface coarseness of the W is restricted to 3mum or less and tensile strength is set to 170 to 245kg/mm.<2> considering the workability. As a result, the W material for a welding structural body with excellent resistance to deformation can be obtained.</p>
