PURPOSE:To improve the power transmission of the ceiling fan by a method wherein a power transmitting part is provided on the upper wall surface of a rotary body, the weight of the rotary body itself is contacted with the power transmitting part together with the rotary body and a weight regulating mechanism is arranged on a supporting shaft for hanging the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:The weight regulating mechanisms for the rotary body 12, attached to a shaft 3 for a bearing, are consisting of a lower spring body, provided between the upper end of the case 5 of a motor 4 and the lower bearing 17, and the upper spring body, provided between the upper bearing 17 and a holder 6. In case the total sum of the weight of the rotary body 12 generates a contact pressure larger than the contact pressure necessary for the transmission of the power, the rotary body 12 is pushed up by the action of the spring body while the rotary body 12 is pushed down by the spring body while in the contrary case the contact pressure is insufficient. |
