PURPOSE:To ensure safe operation of a gas-turbine engine and to facilitate restarting of the same, by detecting misfiring from the descending speed of the gas temperature and the descending speed of the speed of rotation of the gas turbine, and stopping fuel supply automatically at the time when misfiring is caused. CONSTITUTION:In a gas turbine 13 having a fuel injection valve 30 for supplying a required amount of fuel to a combustor and a variable nozzle 37 for controlling the temperature, a misfiring detecting circuit 38 is interposed between a driving circuit 29 for controlling the fuel injection valve 30 and a switch SW4 for connecting a PID circuit 27 or a circuit 28 for determining the fuel supply rate at the time of starting selectively. The misfiring detecting circuit 38 is furnished with an actual revolutional speed signal S2 from a revolution sensor 17 and an actual temperature signal S10 from a gas temperature sensor 21 and judges that misfiring has been caused when the descending speeds of the above two signals are higher than respective reference values. When it is judged that misfiring has been caused, fuel injection is interrupted by stopping output of a control signal S5 or S6 and applying a fuel supply stopping signal to the driving circuit 29 instead of the control signal S5 or S6. |
