PURPOSE:To form a uniform sensitive film by mixing a water-soluble boundary surface-active agent having the thixotropy flow characteristic in sensitive liquid to be applied inside of the panel of a color picture tube. CONSTITUTION:50pts. of polyvinylalkohol, 100pts. of polyvinyl-pyrrolidon and 5pts. of a water-soluble boundary surface-active agent having the thixotropy flow characteristic are mixed up to form a sensitive liquid. Said sensitive liquid is injected inside of the panel of a color picture tube in order to be applied while rotating a panel, followed by being dried to form a sensitive film. Next, the sensitive film is exposed through a color selective electrode. Then a photoabsorbing substance is applied inside of the panel including an exposure part of the sensitive film while rotating the panel, followed by being dried. Next, the exposure part of the sensitive film is resolved by chemicals to be removed together with the photoabsorbing substance on the exposure part while forming a photoabsorbing substance film excluding the part expected to be a phosphor layer. After said process, a phosphor screen of green, blue and red is formed. A uniform sensitive film can be formed by mixing said boundary surface-active agents. |
