PURPOSE:To provide the titled utensil adapted to uniformly distribute a heat inside a heating compartment and characterized with a simple construction, by constituting a hot air circulation type heat-cooking utensil such that a hot air blow-out outlet and a partition board equipped with a suction port are provided between a housing compartment of a fan and a heating compartment, and a hot air control board is provided at a blow-out section. CONSTITUTION:A hot air is blown out to the middle portion inside a heating compartment 1 from a blow-out port 5 after circulated through a heating compartment 1, a suction port 4 of partition board 3, combustion gas passage, a burner (not shown), a circulation fan 49 and the housing compartment 44 of circulation fan. To arrange a position control board 53 above or below the blow-out section, or at a vertically spaced position, buffer walls 60 and 61 are defined between the blow-out port 5 and the control board 53 and a pressure difference takes place between these buffer walls 60 and 61 depending on the lengths of these two buffer walls 60 and 61, while a pressure is elevated higher than that at the blow-out section 5. In consequence, a hot air to be blown out of a blow-out port 5 can be deflected by adjusting the lengths of these two buffer walls 60 and 61. In this manner, the adjustment of hot air blow-out direction leads to the uniform distribution of heats. |
