PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour by comparing with the preset standard value a noise output voltage measured as developing at the output terminal of the final stage with a plurality of amplifiers connected in cascade in such a manner as to maintain the voltage gain one-fold or one-fold equivalently. CONSTITUTION:When a gain of samples is 1 and noise voltages generated in the samples A1, A2...An are E1, E2...En, the overall noise voltge Etotal in the output of the final stage amplifier An is the combination of noise voltages as given by the formula. Therefore, when some of the amplifiers have a rejected noise characteristic, the overall noise voltage Etotal measured at output terminals 2a- 2b gives an abnormal value and thus, a noise characteristic rejected is detected. This method enables the simultaneous identification of noise characteristics among a plurality of samples. |
