Micro aggregates of albumin wherein the albumin particles comprise a reducing metal e.g. tin bound thereto and also Tc-99 m radioactively labeled such microaggregates are useful for imaging of reticuloendothelial systems (RES), especially the liver, spleen and bone marrow. Compositions may also contain a stabilizing ligand for the reducing metal e.g. a phosphonate, phosphate, aminocarboxylate, polyhydroxycarboxylate or polycarboxylates. |
