PURPOSE:To lengthen the loading time for a trolley by reciprocating a feeder for loading transported articles along the moving direction of a train of trolleys. CONSTITUTION:A feeder apparatus is provided with a movable bottom 12 which is positioned below a machine frame 6a capable of reciprocating along the moving direction of a train of trolleys and a chamber 1b fixed to the machine frame 6a and adapted to move in a loop along the machine frame 6a and move in the opposite direction only when the machine frame 6a is moved in the running direction of the train of trolleys. The feeder apparatus comprises a movable feeder 6 with a door 19 capable of opening and closing synchronously with the reciprocation of the machine frame 6a at a drop opening 18 mounted on one side of the movable bottom 12 on the opposite side seen from the running direction of the train of trolleys and another feeder for supplying transported articles 22 to the chamber 16 of the movable feeder 6. In this arrangement, the loading time for a group of trolleys 1 can be lengthened. |
