PURPOSE:To efficiently stack pallets and elevate and move them with a forklift, by providing four hooks on a frame and installing a vertical power conveyor under the hooks. CONSTITUTION:Four hooks 6 are provided on a frame 9. A vertical power conveyor 11 is installed under the hooks 6. A pallet 1 is carried and put on the conveyor 11 by a power conveyor 8. When the elevation by a table lift 10 of the pallet 1 put on the conveyor 11 is detected just before the pallet comes into contact with the hooks 6, the hooks are turned outwards so that the pallet is elevated further. Then, the hooks 6 are turned inwards and put in the openings 5 of the pallet 1. Such pallets brought by the conveyor 8 are sequentially stacked upwards. When the stacked pallets has reached a required number, the fork of a forklift is put in the openings of the lowest pallet to convey all the pallets away. |
