PURPOSE:To raise sensitivity to visible light without adding a spectral sensitizer, by using a specified photocrosslinking substance. CONSTITUTION:The photocrosslinking agent to be used has a structural unit represented by general formula ( I ) in which R is optionally substd. alkyl; a ring A is a benzene or naphthalene ring; B is optionally substd. phenyl or naphthyl; Y is O or S; and X<-> is an anion. It is preferable from the view point of sensitivity especially when B is a phenyl or naphthyl group substd. by polyvinyl alcohol or partially saponified polyvinyl acetate, or the like polymer, especially when it is a deriv. of polyvinyl alcohol having a structural unit represented by general formula (II) in which D is CH or OCH2CH. Said agent is useful for a printing plate, photosensitive film, photoresist, etc. |
