PURPOSE:To have sufficient lubrication between trochoidal cogs and pin, in a rotation converting mechanism in which the inner gear consists of a pin in the circular cog shape and the outer gear is in trochoidal cog shape, by furnishing an oil groove for lubrication between the pin and casing. CONSTITUTION:When an eccentric member 6 formed as in a single piece with the input shaft 1 rotates, the external gear 11 orbits (swings) with rollers 10 interposed while the roller holes 13 excavated in this external gear 11 are circumscribed with the inner rollers 14. Because eccentric rotation of the eccentric member 6 is absorbed in the inner roller holes 13, which is each larger than the diameter of the inner roller 14 by an amount corresponding to twice (2e) the eccentricity e of the eccentric member 6, the external gear 11 does not make rotation round its own axis but makes only orbiting (swinging rotation), and this orbiting causes rotation of the internal gear 19, which is equipped with pins 20 meshing with the external gear 11. The internal gear 19 which functions also as rotary casing is equipped with oil grooves 24A, 24B in order to lubricate the meshing parts between the trochoidal cogs 12 of external gear 11 and the pins 20 of internal gear 19. |
