<p>PURPOSE:To uniform resistance distribution and to reproduce picture with high resolution for a long period by joining a main resistor layer of a thin metallic film onto an insulating sheet substrate, and further joining a protective resistor layer with a great resistance value thereupon into the resistance sheet of an input tablet. CONSTITUTION:Insulating layers 4A and 4B having electrodes 6Y and 6X on the two opposite sides constitute a lower resistance sheet 11 and an upper resistance sheet 12 which are each composed of the double structure of the main resistor layer 3 and insulating layer 4. The resistor layer 3 is formed by electroplating and the resistor layer 3 and electrodes 6 are covered with the protective resistor layer 7 partially; and the resistor layer 7 is formed of mixture of carbon or metallic powder and synthetic resin, and the resistance value of the sheet is 10 times as great as that of the resistor layer 3. The side of the electrode 6Y of this sheet 11 is joined to the side of the electrode X of the sheet 12 through a flexible conductive sheet 12 to place the electrodes 6Y and 6X in cross relation, and a protective resistor layer 14 is further provided over the sheet.</p> |
