<p>PURPOSE:To estimate material tension with high accuracy, by correcting a load distributing variation in a roll cutting tool, which is caused by a tension variation, when the material tension is estimated by utilizing a torque arm. CONSTITUTION:A torque arm coefficient in each stand roll cutting tool is generated at each stand by use of an equation introducing a normal torque arm coefficient a0 which is not varied so much by a variation of tension, the first stand inlet-side tension is set to zero, and tension between stands is derived successively. In this regard, in the equation, G: rolling torque (upper roll portion), R': a radius of a flat roll, DELTAh: a difference of plate thickness (H-h), P: total rolling load, B: material width, beta: a tension influence coefficient, (tf): front tension (per unit area), (tb): back tension (per unit area), R: a radius of a roll, H: material thickness at the inlet side, alpha: biting angle, and (h): material thickness at the outlet side.</p> |
