VESICULAR DISPERSION OF NONIONIC SURFACE ACTIVE AGENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To make a titled dispersion usable for food and cosmetics by dispersing ethoxylate of polyethylene castor oil ether or the like and sorbitan polyester of a long chain fatty acid in an aq. medium. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. nonionic surface active agent such as polyoxyethylene castor oil ether or polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil ether or the like and 3-30pts.wt. sorbitan polyester of a long chain fatty acid such as sorbitan tripalmitate, sorbitan trioleat or the like are mixed to a uniform phase. The mixture is then mixed by using a large volume of water and using a mechanical mixing method or ultrasonic processing method. The preferred amt. of both components is in 0.1-50wt% range basing on the total weight of the dispersion.
