PURPOSE:To exhaust effectively a gaseous-phase portion correspondingly to a transferring condition, by removing coarse powdered bodies contg. in a highly viscous fluid, and separating and removing a gaseous-phase portion automatically, in transferring the highly viscous fluid. CONSTITUTION:When a coal and heavy-oil mixed fuel (COM) is flowed into the outside of a filtering cylindrical body 11 equipped with a strainer mechanism from a flow-in port 3 of a treating tank 2, coarse particles are captured by a filtering surface, and the COM flows out from a flow-out port 4 after passing through the filtering surface. At this time, a gaseous-phase portion is captured and is gathered by a scraper 10, and is then raised to be stored in a storing in a storing part 7 together with a liquid-phase portion, and is transferred to a gaseous-phase separating device 12. When the liquid level in the device 12 is lowered, a float 14 and a valve 17 are lowered together to open a gas discharging port 18 thereby the gaseous phase portion is exhausted to a gas exhausting passage 19. When the liquid level is raised, a valve 17 closes the port 18. Further, the captured coarse particles are made to fall by the scraper 10 and discharged from a discharging port 5. |
