PURPOSE:To decreas the assembling man-hour, by assembling a damper, a bobbin and a diaphragm to a frame in order from the upper side with a magnetic circuit assembled to the frame in advance for simplifying the assembling work of speaker. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin 12 is inserted in a magnetic gap with an inserting jig 22. Two square rods 23 are provided under a collar 14 of the bobbin 12 in this case and held so as to make the center of the bobbin 12 coincident with the shaft center of the center pole. The bobbin 12 and the damper 21 are fixed with an adhesives. The jig 22 is removed from the bobbin 12. The diaphragm 15 is placed on an upper frame 8 and a ring member 20 is assembled to the frame 6 so as to be fitted to the bobbin 12. The edge 24 is fixed to the frame 8 and the member 20 is fixed to the bobbin 12 respectively. The square rods 23 are removed. |
