PURPOSE:To attain the change in vertical and horizontal angle with a simple constitution, by fixing a support frame formed annularly and a mounting frame to be fitted so as to be turned vertically on the support frame with a axially supporting section to a support turning plate. CONSTITUTION:The support frame 1 formed in a ring form such as square and the mounting frame 3 having a pair of axially supporting sections and fitted to the support frame 1 with the axially supporting sections so as to be turned vertically are provided, and the bottom side of the support frame 1 is fixed to a support turning plate 7 supported on a base plate 10 so as to be turned horizontally, so that the angle of a device to be mounted on the mounting frame 3 is changed in either the horizontal or the vertical direction, and the upper side of the support frame is used as a grip. |
