The subject of the invention is a method for preparing an oligopeptide of the Fab type, specific for the surface antigen of an infectious microorganism. In the method, surface antigens are extracted from the membrane of the microorganism, the antigens are purified by any known method, antibody formation is elicited, these antibodies are hydrolysed with enzymes and the oligopeptide fraction of the Fab type is then isolated. The invention relates to a method for preparing an oligopeptide specific for the surface antigen of an infectious microorganism and for determination of this microorganism, and to a device for its identification.
