The invention relates to a fruit press. This press comprises return wheels 6, 7, a first endless belt 13 which bears on these two wheels, a wheel 8 for tensioning the first endless belt, which imparts to the lower section 14a of the first belt a downward facing concavity, a second endless belt 16, which surrounds the first belt 13 and is stretched, and a device for driving the two belts around the return wheels, such that a space is formed between the lower sections 14a, 16a of the two belts allowing the packing 17 between the two belts of fruit to be pressed and the retrieval 18 of solid elements after pressing.
