PURPOSE:To reduce a load on a central processing unit CPU, by making an intermediate processor execute management of a specific-time check and data collection from respective terminals corresponding to the check. CONSTITUTION:The central processing unit 1 supplies totalized time data to the CPU4 of the intermediate processor 2 to set totalization time in the totalization time table 62 in an RAM6, and current time is set in the timer circuit 7 of the unit 2 on the basis of current time data supplied from the unit 1. Further, the unit 1 supplies a terminal number for specifying a terminal device from which data is collected and its connection number is set in the connection terminal number table 61 in an RAM6. Then, when the time indicated by the circuit 7 coincides with the time set in the table 62, the CPU4 collects data from respective terminal devices 3-1-3-n to store them in the collected data area 63 of the RAM6, and then transmits them to the unit 1. |
