<p>PURPOSE:To make possible prompt and accurate adjustment of the slit gap of a mouth piece by a method wherein a heating element is buried within a push- pull transfer device to heat directly the device itself from its own internal part. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting bolt 11 is clamped in advance within the elastic limit of the narrow neck 36 of a discharge part 34, the thickness level 4 of a film provided by blowing up molten resin is measured by a thickness meter 6, the difference from the intended thickness level is operated by a computer 8, the position and the quantity of the push-pull transfer device 12 in the width direction of the mouth piece 3 for modifying the film thickness are operated and an input power signal is indicated on a heater 13 to produce thermal expansion to a rod 10 according to the operated result. The quantity of push on the discharging part 34 is controlled by the thermal expansion of the rod 10 controlled by the heater 13 to adjust the gap of the slit.</p> |
