Sulfoxide derivatives of benzimidazoles

Sulfoxide derivatives of benzimidazoles are provided having the structure <IMAGE> wherein R1 is lower alkyl or phenyl-lower alkyl, R2 and R3 may be the same or different and are hydrogen or lower alkyl, R4 is alkylcycloalkyl, halocycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl, and m is 0 to 3, n is 0 to 3, m + n being < 5. These compounds are useful as anthelmintic agents.
