PURPOSE:To reduce the current consumption, by connecting two series resistance circuits connected to an output section of a comparator with a transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A signal from an input source 1 is inputted to the comparator 5 via resistors 2, 3 and a capacitor 4 and a comparison output is outputted from an output terminal A. A series circuit of resistors 9, 10 and that of resistors 11, 12 are connected to an output section of the comparator 5, and the TR13 is connected at the connecting part of both circuits. A signal from an input source 1 appears at the output terminal A as a voltage with the time constant of the resistor 3 and the capacitor 4. When this output exceeds a prescribed value, since the TR13 is conductive, the dark current is decreased. |
