PURPOSE:To enable the detection of a speed of rotation wherein an angle of relative rotation from a position of equilibrium can be found, by a simple structure wherein therotation of a rotary body is transmitted to an electrode piece opposed to a fixed electrode piece, and rhe displacement current of capacitor variable corresponding to the rotation of a rotary electrode piece is taken out. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a rotary body 10 is transmitted to an electrode piece set opposed to an electrode piece set fixed to a vehicle body, by a transmitting means shown by an arrow 20. A variable type capacitor 30 varies its capacity corresponding to the rotation of a rotary electrode piece, and the charge thereof is taken out as a displacement current by a current detector 40. The displacement current passes through BPF 70, gets rid of various voises and undergoes fullwave rectification by a full-wave rectifier circuit 80. Then, it passes through LPF 90 and a signal corresponding to an angle of rotation is taken out. This signal is multiplied by a running speed signal of a running speed signal generating means 100 in a multiplication circuit 110, and is delivered as a signal R. The signal R corresponds to an angular speed of relative rotation of vehicle. |
