PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength of a briquet receiving section, a member forming a combustion chamber for solid fuel and a combustion auxiliary member by executing surface hardening treatment to a ceramic fiber shape. CONSTITUTION:Surface hardening treatment is executed to the internal surface 2a of a wall member 2 consisting of a heat-resisting heat-in-sulating material mainly comprising ceramic fibers, and the combustion chamber 12 and a lower chamber 15 are formed. A fire grate 4, an assist air pipe 6 and a heat collecting cover 8 are combustion auxiliary tools, and each of them is formed by the heat-resisting heat-insulating material mainly comprising ceramic fibers in the same manner as the wall member 2. The sides particularly facing to the combustion chamber 12 in these auxiliary tools are mainly surface hardening-treated. Accordingly, the mechanical impacts of the briquet receiving section, the member forming the combustion chamber for solid fuel and the combustion auxiliary members and strength against a heat cycle can be increased. |
