PURPOSE:To achieve ballance of pressures at both sides by providing a conduction path to both sides in axial direction of vane at the position nearer to the center of rotation of both labyrinths formed at both sides in the radial direction of a centrifugal vane and between front and back casings facing with said both sides. CONSTITUTION:Both sides in the direction of axis 4L of a centrifugal vane 4Eb is brought near to the front casing 4A and back casing 4B facing with said both sides to form the labyrinths 4M, 4N while a conduction path 4P to both sides in the radial direction of the vane 4E is provided at the position nearer to the center of rotation than the rabylinths 4M, 4N. Consequently the pressures at both sides are ballanced to reduce the axial thrust to be applied onto the vane 4E through simple idea. Consequently the thrust withstandability of the bearing 4G can be reduced. |
