PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of lining and the corrosion of a steel plate by forming a layer consisting of sulfur and an aggregate at the intermediate section of an inorganic lining, a position, a working temperature thereof is the melting point or less of sulfur. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate 1, the cement group lining 2, the lining 11 consisting of sulfur and the aggregate and a water glass group lining 3 are set up. A general method, such as troweling, spray-up, etc. is adopted as a method of lining. However, sulfur is heated at its melting point or more to a liquefied state, mixed sufficiently with the aggregate and executed through troweling, spray-up or the like because it takes a solid at the normal temperature and does not dissolve in water. The water glass group lining 3 is executed on a mixture of sulfur and the aggregate because the mixture solidifies while using sulfur as a binder when its temperature drops up to the melting point or less of sulfur. Accordingly, the degradation of the lining and the corrosion of the steel plate can be prevented. |
