PURPOSE:To make the directions of suction and discharge changeable by constituting such that a cam ring may be eccentric on both sides thereof, to simplify the positioning of the fluid machine by giving the same function to both suction and discharge ports, and as well to enable the fluid machine to be used under high pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a cam ring 105 is made eccentric in the direction A by means of external force, liquid is sucked into the cam ring 105 from a suction area 114, and is discharged through a discharge area 115. When the cam ring 105 is made eccentric in the direction B which is opposite to the above-mentioned direction A, the suction area 114 and the discharge area 115 are changed into the discharge area 114 and the suction area 115. Further, a suction port 112 and a discharge port 113 are incorporated in a high strength cap 101 and a port plate 111 so that a high pressure type vane pump may be obtained. Further, since the suction port and the discharge port may have the same function, the disposition of the pump may be simplified. |
