PURPOSE:To decrease band width, by dividing in frequency of a data flow of a digital PCM signal, and transmitting or recording the output of division after transmitting it through a pulse rectifier having its cut-off frequency of 1/4 clock rate of the original data flow. CONSTITUTION:A data signal (a) such as a PCM signal, etc. and a clock (b) undergo an OR operation through an OR gate 1, and the output C is supplied to a toggle input T of an FF2 to be divided. The output (d) of division is supplied to a pulse rectifier 3. The rectifier 3 consists of an LPF having a cut-off frequency equal to 1/4 frequency of the data clock (b). The output (e) of the rectifier 3 is supplied to a comparator 6 via a transformer 4 and a full-wave rectifier 5 and compared with a voltage level S. Then a data flow (f) equal to the original data signal (a) ia regenerated as an output of comparison. |
