PURPOSE:To improve the response of hysteresis voltage by feeding the charging current corresponding to a junction capacity, to the collector of an NPN-type transistor which constitutes a hysteresis setting circuit from a power supply line through a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TR3 is installed onto the collector of an NPN-type transistor TR1 which constitutes a hysteresis setting circuit 8, from a power- supply line through a resistor R6 so that a junction capacity C1 is charged to a constant voltage. The collector and the base of the PNP-type transistor TR3 are connected in common to constitute a counter-current checking diode. Therefore, the junction capacity C3 generated in the base of the transistor TR3 is connected in parallel to the junction capacity C1, and the both are charged simultaneously, so electric current can be made to flow rapidly into a resistor R5, and the response of the hysteresis voltage is improved. |
