CONSTITUTION:Corner cubes CC being light reflective means are arranged to the ceiling and the wall above a road surface on which a moving object V is run along a locus having to move the moving object V. Each corner cube CC is constituted, for example, by combining plural prisms being tetrahedrons and has property reflecting the incident light to the incident light direction. On the other hand, a beam scanner BS is provided on the upper surface of the moving object B and light beam PB with a sweep angle phi is emitted.
