PURPOSE:To stabilize the detection of humidity and consequently improve the finish of cooking by a method wherein a steam agitator is provided within a heating chamber in an automatic high frequency heating device consisting of the combination of a microcomputer and various sensors. CONSTITUTION:During cooking by heating, an agitating fan 19 is rotated in order to agitate and circulate the air in the heating chamber 11. Consequently, foodstuffs are evenly touched by the air and the steam generated from the foodstuffs and said air are favorably mixed with each other and the resultant homogenized exhaust can be sent to a humidity sensor 16. Accordingly, the detection of humidity is stabilized, the improvement of the accuracy of detection is contrived, and the homogeneous and stable finish of cooking is obtained. |
