ROLLING PISTON TYPE ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance of a pillar and resilient linear material while to prevent production of noise by fixing the resilient linear material while face contacting with an engage groove formed in the pillar inserted into a through-hole of a cylinder chip. CONSTITUTION:Upon rotation of a crank shaft 4, a partition board 7 will go and out from a partition board groove 8 through energizing force of a resilient linear material 9 having circular cross-section for pressing said board 7 from outside of a cylinder chip 6 toward a roller 5 to perform predetermined compressing operation. Since the foot section 10 of said linear material 9 is fitted in an engage groove 13 formed in a pillar 12 inserted into a through-hole 11 formed in the cylinder chip 6 beveled with hyperbolic face contacting with the linear diameter of said material 9, and face contacting with said groove 13, abrasion resistance of the pillar 12 and the resilient linear material 9 will be improved to smooth contact between said material 9 and the engage groove. Consequently frictional noise can be prevented.
