The invention relates to a module with a plastic ring for a closure cap, as has already been disclosed in German Patent Application P 3206245.1-23. However, the novel plastic ring is to be tamper-proof in such a way that the torn-open parts thereof can no longer be bent back into their original position, thus giving the impression of a plastic ring which has not been torn open. This is achieved by a prestress of the plastic ring in its upper part which is connected to the lower part by sturdy holding webs. The prestress can be effected by an oblique position of the upper part in a correspondingly inclined bead of the closure cap, or else by extensions in the lip projecting inwards below the clamping bead of the container neck. Said extensions must then project over the clamping neck and be pressed away from that point. <IMAGE>
