PURPOSE:To reduce an electric power supply noise due to a transient current, by resetting successively plural latch ciruit groups via delay circuits. CONSTITUTION:Shift registers 32, 31... which form latch circuit groups are reset successively via delay circuits 21, 22... and not reset simultaneously. Thus the transient current applied when subsequent registers 31... are reset is reduced. This reduces the power supply noises due to the transient current and prevents a malfunction of a shift, etc. in response to the power supply noises. |
