PURPOSE:To prevent a wedge from flying out from the opening of a slot by urging a stator coil from above the wedge at the coil contact of a stripper when pulling the stripper after inserting the stator coil and the wedge into the slot. CONSTITUTION:A wedge 8 is set along a wedge guide 18 on a pusher 10, a stator coil 7 is engaged with a blade 6, and the blade 6 is inserted into the inner peripheral side of a stator coil 1 in the state that the blade is supported on a stripper 9 of disc shape having a coil contact 14 increased in radius to be inserted 0.3-2.0mm. from the projection interposed between the blades 6 and the tip of the slot 2. Then, the coil 7 and the wedge 8 are simultaneously inserted into U-shaped insulating paper in the slot 2 of the core 1. Then, the stripper 9 is returned to the position before inserting the coil. |
