PURPOSE:To realize polishing with at least two support points by forming the center area of paunch part in such a thickness as is thinner than the thickness of the end part. CONSTITUTION:The thickness t1 at the center of paunch part 31 of the ferrite core is thinner than the thickness (t) at the end part thereof. In such a molded body 3, the thickness at the center of paunch part is thinner than the thickness of end part even after it is baked. Polishing can be done with at least two support points at the end parts and satisfactory parallelism of the end part of leg part can be realized. |
