PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality fish bone powder which can be used as a Ca- additive, by separating the spine of a fish to individual segment bones, separating attached materials from the segment bones, crushing the bones finely to separate the residual attached materials, and removing foreign materials from the crushed bones. CONSTITUTION:The segment bone separating machine is composed of a drum 2 furnished with a number of spine-receiving rods protruded from the inner wall of the drum with regular intervals, a rotary shaft extending through the center of the drum and furnished with the feed screw of the raw material and the crushing blades passing between the spine receiving rods. The seiving and washing machine B is composed of a casing 14 containing a rotary mesh cylinder 15 having spiral blades 18 and 20 in and outside of the cylinder, and water is poured by the pouring means 24 to the segment bones in the rotary mesh cylinder 15. The segment bone crusher C is furnished with a casing 32, the counter edge 35 fixed in the casing with small gaps therebetween and the crushing edges 38 rotated by the rotor 37, and the subsequent fine selecting machine D is composed of an inclinable circular tank 43, an impeller 47 attached to the bottom of the tank 43, and a water-overflow 49 stretched out from a side of the opening. |
