Muramyldi-peptide derivatives (I) are prepared from compound (III) reacted with active ester of aliphatic acid, or from compound (II) reacted with alkyl-diamine (H2N-C(R1)H-(CH2)n-NHCO-A) of alkylamine (H2N-A) or amino group acyllized; where x= L-alanine, L-cerine, L-barine or glycine; Y= -NH-A or -NHC(R1)H(CH2)n-NHCO-A (where R1 = h atom, C1-C6 alkyl, carboxamide or carboxyl group, n = 1-6, and A = C7-C30 chained aliphatic hydrocarbon); and acy1 = acy1 group of C2-C6 aliphatic carboxylic acides.
