发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTIVE CYLINDRICAL COIL WINDING AND WINDING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive cylindrical coil having high stability and reliability by placing a coil obtained by temporarily winding a superconductive lead wire within the elastic range into an external cylindrical case and placing it in close contact to the internal side of said external cylindrical case by applying a compressing force to the circumferential direction in such a manner that it is pressed outward. CONSTITUTION:The one end of superconductive lead wire of a temporary coil 22 wound previously at the outside of internal cylindrical portion 21 of rotatable bobbin is extended and fixed to the inside of external cylindrical part 23 which is fixed concentrically to the temporary coil 22. Thereafter, the temporary coil 22 and clamping apparatus such as rollers 24, 26 are rotated clockwise simultaneously and the superconductive lead wire 1 is placed closely to the inside of external cylindrical portion 23 while applying a compressing force to the extending portion 25 of the superconductive lead wire. Simultaneously, a guide roller 26 is placed in contact to the one side of extending portion 25 of the superconductive lead wire. When only the holding and the guide rollers 24, 26 are rotated counterclockwise, the temporary coil 22 is sequentially released and thereby a cylindrical coil 28 which is reinforced by the external cylindrical portion 23 can be obtained. Thereby, a superconductive cylindrical coil having a less number of trainings and thereby assuring high stability and reliability can be obtained.
