PURPOSE:To obtain an effectively switching control by connecting a resistor between the bases and the emitters of P-N-P and N-P-N transistors connected commonly at the bases and the emtters complementary connected symmetrically and absorbing a current in the vicinity of the neutral point. CONSTITUTION:Detection signal from Hall elements P1-P3 for detecting the position of a rotor become inputs of transistors Q1-Q6 which form differential circuits DF1-DF3. Transistors Q11-Q16 of sorters are controlled ON or OFF by the output which is varied in tertiary values obtained from the circuits DF1- DF3, and stator coils L1-L3 are sequentially excited through switching of transistors Q17-Q22 of an output unit. Resistors connected between the bases and the emitters commonly connected of the transistors Q11-Q16 absorb offset voltage, thereby existing neutral point for turning the transistors connected complementarily in a symmetrical manner at the switching point of the output unit OFF, thereby obtaining stable and effectively switching operation. |
