PURPOSE:To provide the titled cap which can prevent the generation of air bubble in an inkjet head positively contacting the tip surface of a nozzle when the head is at standby by arranging a multilayer construction of an elastic member and a member small in the gas transmission rate and the water suction rate. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle cap 21 which presses against a nozzle 3a of an inkjet head when the heat reaches the standby position is composed of a multilayer construction of an elastic member 24 and a member 25 small in the gas transmission rate and the water suction rate. The member 24 is mainly made of rubbers with the Shore hardness of about A15-30. The member 25 is made of polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, aluminum foil or the like with the thickness of 20-300mum. |
