PURPOSE:To change a fixture accurately and smoothly in an automated manner without spending a lot of machining times, by having a fixture changer fit a combined stopper and pressing device permitting sidelong movements for the fixture. CONSTITUTION:A plate 9 installs jigs 5a and 5b of a fixture 5 and the like, and detachably engages with an angle plate 11 via a latching device 10. The angle plate 11 is locked to a slide base 13 engaging slidably with a guide rail 12. At a base 7, a stopper 24, which makes contact with a slide pin 23 when the fixture 5 comes to the specified position in sliding on the guide rail 12, is installed tight enough. A shuttle bar 34 hangingly supporting each of fixtures 5 and 6 is tightly installed and the bar 34 moves by a driving cylinder 38 via a connector 39, while the fixture 5 stops after reaching a housing position and the fixture 6 as well stops when it comes to a changing position. The base 13 is slidden by means of a driving cylinder 25. |
