PURPOSE:To prevent a digital signal sent from a transmitter from being deformed by the transmission characteristics of a transmission line and outputted as error information and to attain long-distance transmission through the transmission line, by discharging the charged quantity of the transmission line when a pulse to be transmitted is off. CONSTITUTION:In a transmitter TX, information to be transmitted to a receiver RX is inputted by operating a keyboard or the like on a data input operation part 1, decoded by an input data reading part 2 and inputted to a transmission controlling part 3. A waveform circuit 7 prevents data outputted from an output buffer 6 from the influence due to the characteristic impedance of connection cables 8, 9. In the receiver RX, data from the transmitter TX are received by an input buffer 10 and inputted to a reception controlling part 11. The reception controlling part 11 decodes the received data at the timing of a clock oscillator 12, stores the data in a memory part 13 temporally, and after receiving the final data, outputs the stored data to a data output port in accordance with the contents of the data to shift the following operation. |
