发明名称 MEASURING METHOD OF LIPID-SOLUBLE ION-PERMEABILITY OF RED BLOOD CELL MEMBRANE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce scattering of measured value, by using a membrane from which lipid- soluble paired ions are not eluted into a solution of the said lipid-soluble ions, as an inductive membrane functioning as an electrode which selectively responds to the lipid-soluble ions. CONSTITUTION:A change in concentration of lipid-soluble ions that is based on the presence of red cells when red cells are added to a liquid in which the lipid-soluble ions are dissolved, is detected by an electrode that selectively responds to the said lipid-soluble ions. The saie electrode is made of silver and silver chloride whose tip is put in tubes made of glass or polymer, and the tip of the said tubes, in turn, is stuck by polymer membranes which selectively permeate lipid-soluble ions. The lipid-soluble ion-permeability of red cell membrane is obtained by the use of such electrode from the pattern of change in potential of the electrode with time. When the electroe which is made of a manufacturing lot of inductive membrane containing a considerable amount of residual solvent, are immersed into a liquid to be tested, lipid-soluble paired ions are eluted from the inductive membrane to the liquid to be tested, and the electric charges are annihilated by the formation of aggregates with the lipid-soluble ions in the liquid to be tested. Whereas, when the electrode such as described above is used, the permeation of the lipid-soluble ions through the red cell membrane is accelerated, and the scattering of measured value is reduced.
