<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate immediately an abnormality generated part of a punch or a die, by measuring the pressure which operates on the punch or the die at the time of working, and comparing a variation of the pressure with a set value in accordance with an advance of the working. CONSTITUTION:Pressure sensors 7, 8 are provided between punches 9, 10 of a press working device and a header ram, and pressure by rolling or cut-working of a base material is measured by the sensors 7, 8. A signal from the sensors 7, 8 is amplified by an amplifier 11, and is converted to a digital signal by a converter 12. Also, a digital signal of a pressure set value in a normal work is stored in a storage device 13. An output signal from the converter 12 and a set signal from the storage device 13 are read out alternately and are compared in a comparing device 14, and when a difference of both values is varied to an abnormal value from a normal value, transfer of the base material is suspended, and an alarm device is operated.</p> |
